TPE is looking for a Power BI developer

We are looking for a Power BI developer with an interest in the travel industry.

You must help ensure valid and usable numbers, both internally and for our members. As a BI developer, you will be responsible for developing, designing and implementing advanced analyzes and visualizations in Power BI.

Your profile:
We expect you to have a good knowledge of Power BI and preferably also DAX. If you know SSIS/SSAS, that will also be an advantage, but not a requirement. Knowledge of SQL and data modeling and good understanding of databases.

You will have independent responsibility for BI development and must therefore have a good business understanding.

You must also have the skills to oversee large amounts of complicated data, as data is complex and there is a lot of data.

You have several years of experience from a similar position.

It is important that you focus on details and accuracy in your work.

Your tasks consist of, among other things by:
  • You must design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that meet the companys requirements for analyzes and visualizations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are met in the Power Bi solution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports and dashboard
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features.
  • If you can help analyze the numbers, that would be an advantage.
  • You have the contact with our external data warehouse developer.


TPE offers:

About us:
At present, the department consists of 6 employees, who all have very different tasks, such as SQL, development and maintenance of back office systems, help desk, implementation of new members, optimization, etc.

Our IT environment consists of Windows servers. Most are located with a hosting provider. We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 supplemented with self-developed solutions. We exchange data with several systems, including Amadeus ticket systems, SAP Concur and travel agencies worldwide as well as our members.

TPE is a member-owned Shared Service Center for business travel. This means that we offer unique and innovative ways of purchasing and managing business travel. TPE can document a saving for members of between 10-24% of their total travel costs.

With a global setup, TPE services +35 large members such as Fujitsu, Coloplast, Coop Danmark, Fritz Hansen, Egmont, Ambu, ISS, Royal Unibrew, etc.

Today we employ approx. 35 employees, which is expected to grow.

We have a wonderfully bright office located on Østerbro in Copenhagen, which is surrounded by charming converted factory buildings. The office contains several spacious rooms, which results in an open community.
