The unique TravelpoolEurope DNA is that we are the world’s only member-owned shared service center for travel and expense management, offering unique and smarter ways to buy and manage business travel and related expenses.

In short: We are owned by our customers, thus being a non-profit association that passes all benefits directly on to our members.

Members from a multitude of industries
TravelpoolEurope members consist of 35+ large national, regional and global companies and organizations from a vast variety of industries and sectors, including retail, industry, IT, energy, insurance, management consultancy, media, and public authorities.

We offer them a global set-up, delivering our services in 30+ countries to 65,000+ travelers worldwide who spend DKK 650+ million annually on travel.
Removing the hazzle of non-strategic procurement
Not all of them travel in the traditional sense – by going on business trips around the world and spending a fair share of their time in airports and on flights.

But most of them either operate their businesses in multiple countries, making it essential to optimize their travel management, or have employees visiting partners and suppliers within national borders, thus having to handle expense and invoices all the same.

And rather than dealing with the time-consuming hazzle associated with the complexity of this type of procurement, they have all decided to allow us to save time and expenses on their behalf.
